With over 50% protein, soya chunks are an economical, low-fat and cholesterol-free protein source for vegetarians and vegans. They are easy to prepare by simply soaking in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes before adding to recipes. Soya chunks are the perfect protein boost in curries, salads, rice dishes and snacks.

Patanjali Soya Chunks are made from non-GMO soya beans grown in fertile Indian farmlands. They contain no added colors, preservatives or artificial flavors. The soya chunks come packed in a 1 Kg sturdy plastic pouch to maintain quality and freshness. For best taste and texture, use the soya chunks within 3 months of opening the pouch.

How to Use

  • Soak 15-20g (2-3 tbsp) of soya chunks per person in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain excess liquid before adding to recipes.
